¥4.5 Billion Investment! Shengyi Technology Establishes High-Performance CCL Project in Songshan Lake

On January 4, 2026, Shengyi Technology, a leading enterprise in the copper-clad laminate (CCL) industry, signed an investment intention agreement for a high-performance CCL project with the Songshan Lake Administrative Committee in Dongguan. The project is set to invest ¥4.5 billion and will be located in the Eastern Industrial Park of Songshan Lake, covering an area of 298 mu (about 198,667 square meters).

 
Founded in 1985, Shengyi Technology is a core global supplier of electronic circuit substrates integrating R&D, production, sales and services. Its rigid CCL sales have ranked second globally for over a decade, and its CCL output reached 140 million square meters in 2024—more than 200 times the output at the time of its establishment. Currently, its production bases span multiple cities in China and Thailand, with sales networks covering major global electronic industry hubs.
 
Amid the global CCL price surge and soaring demand for high-end products such as AI servers, this ¥4.5 billion investment represents a key strategic move for Shengyi Technology. It will ramp up production capacity of high-performance CCLs to support core sectors including AI, cloud computing, 6G communications and intelligent automotive electronics, further solidifying the company’s technological and scale advantages in the industry.
