The preservation methods for PCB circuit boards are as follows:

Dry Storage

- PCB circuit boards should be stored in a dry environment with an ideal humidity range of 40%-60% RH. Desiccants such as silica gel particles can be used to absorb moisture in the air and prevent the boards from moisture-induced oxidation, short circuits, etc.

Anti-Static Storage

- Due to the sensitive electronic components usually present on PCB circuit boards, which are vulnerable to static electricity, anti-static packaging materials such as anti-static plastic bags and anti-static foam should be used to avoid damage to the boards caused by static electricity.

Anti-Oxidation Storage

- To prevent oxidation of the metal parts on the board surface, an anti-oxidation protective coating can be applied. Meanwhile, avoid exposing the boards directly to air and store them in a sealed manner as much as possible.

Classified Storage

- Classify and store PCB circuit boards according to different models, specifications, and batches. This facilitates management and retrieval, and prevents damage caused by confusion and collision between different types of boards.

Avoid Heavy Pressure and Bending

- The boards should be placed flat, avoiding excessive stacking or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of the boards and断裂 (fracture) of internal circuits. At the same time, take care to avoid bending the boards during handling and storage to prevent permanent damage.
